  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PST) are processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST are processed and shipped the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or high product demand.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address.
  • Some items may be restricted due to international regulations.
  • Québec Customers: We do not collect QST. Buyers may be responsible for self-assessing and remitting QST if required.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent via email upon shipment.
  • You can also track orders via our Order Tracking page or the shipping carrier’s website.
  • If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@derma-essence.com.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after shipping.
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or check with neighbors.
  • For damaged packages, please file a claim with the courier. We’ll assist in the process if possible.

7. Returned Shipments

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are subject to re-shipping fees.
