1. Refund Policy

At Derma Essence, we take pride in providing high-quality Skin Care solutions to our business clients. We understand that, in certain cases, you may need to request a return or refund. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds except in specific cases outlined in this policy. Deposits for pre-orders or special orders are non-refundable and may be applied to a restocking fee. Your continued use of our website and services signifies your acceptance of these terms.

2. Returnable Products

Products may be eligible for return or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The product received does not match the ordered specifications (size, variant, etc.).

All return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Derma Essence Canada’s sole discretion. Approval of a return request does not guarantee a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered or missing packaging
  • Change of mind or incorrect order placement by the buyer

If your return request is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. The refund timeline depends on your payment provider’s policies.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
